Been waiting over 5 hours for someone to show up now and Noone has called me.
I found the prices reasonable and the installation time line acceptable. As it was a three day turn around as parts were ordered and the team made available.
Not the best service
I was pleasantly surprised when Brian reached to me and said he could be out that day after 430. True to his word he came out and assessed the situation. He was up front and honest with his assessment and made sure I understood not just his option but others that could be taken. As I was in crunch time to make sure I had heat in the house to take care of my family I took a leap and went with getting a quote.
Sadly they never got back to us with an estimate or to schedule the work (by phone, email, by mail or in person) despite coming out here twice & receiving 3 follow up phone calls from us.
So come round on monday the team was there early and did a good job on the installation. They were clean, efficient, experienced, and friendly which I appreciated as I can get nosy when it comes to work being done. They also went the extra mile to explain the what they did and why they did it. Even found a copper pipe that was a old gas connection and propperly capped it for me wothout a word. All in all awesome team and good work done!
I think they decided the job was too much of a hassle so they blew us off. At least let us know instead of leaving us waiting on you!
They came out to our home twice to give us an estimate on work we badly need done. The workers were very polite and seemed professional..
So a week ago I had an inspection done by black hills energy. Which was motivated by not only the impending cold weather but a new baby in the family. So It was about time to get it done as it was so long overdue. Upon completion of the inspection it was discovered that we had pin holes in the heat exchanger. The inspector raged our furnace and disconnected as a safety precision. Keep in mind this all happened on a Thursday late in the afternoon.
I would recommend H & S Pluming for all you pluming and heating/AC needs! The new owners Brian and Allyson are doing a fantastic job at getting things re-organized and getting good employees they are proud to send out on a job. They are trustworthy and won't stop until you are happy with their work!
By that afternoon I had a furnace up and running it was in the 40s so my wife had no complaints coming home to some heat. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. They have a good hard working, efficient, experienced, and friendly team.
So I called around and finally got a hold of kay, at H and S. She heard me out as i wss a little frantic to get someone anyone to come out to get a quote. The expectation was no one would be available till at the earliest Friday. I scheduled it as it seemed to be the only option.
